Nick Guinn Named Partner at Gunn, Lee, & Cave P.C.

Gunn, Lee, & Cave P.C., an intellectual property law firm based in San Antonio, Texas announced last week the promotion of Nick Guinn to the position of partner at the firm. Gunn, Lee, & Cave P.C. is a highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation in IP throughout Texas and the United States.
Nick assists clients in all aspects of intellectual property but focuses a large part of his practice in the food & beverage industry. Nick’s practice includes intellectual property prosecution, litigation, and licensing. For the past eight years, Nick has specialized in working with distilleries, wineries, and breweries in protecting their companies and brands. Prior to joining Gunn, Lee, & Cave P.C., Mr. Guinn served as a law clerk to Chief United States District Judge Fred Biery of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Nick is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin where he studied chemical engineering and attended law school at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. During law school, Nick served as the president of the St. Mary’s University Student Bar Association.
